BORED TRADING CAFE

The cafe on Cricket Ave, and the kitchen every other brand is cooked in. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, espresso and a room to sit in. It opened first and everything else was built out of it.

The lane

Mornings belong to this counter. Bagels, eggs and espresso are a service with its own rhythm — early, fast, and finished before lunch — so it runs as its own brand rather than a top corner of somebody else's menu. It is also the address: the room people sit in and the door the other four were built behind.
