The model
How one kitchen runs five brands.
One kitchen at 43 Cricket Ave in Ardmore. Thirteen menus run out of it; five carry our name. Each of the five owns a category and a stretch of the clock the others don't, and each one has permanent signage, a counter and pickup for anyone. This page explains how that works, in order.
The economics
Shared purchasing
Five menus buy from one list. Chicken, produce, oil and packaging move at volumes no single small brand would reach, and one delivery schedule serves all of them.
Shared labour
One crew, cross-trained across every station. Nobody stands idle waiting for their brand's rush, because the next rush belongs to a different brand on the same line.
Staggered dayparts
The cafe owns the morning. The late kitchen starts at three. The all-day brands lean on different equipment. The building is busy for fifteen hours instead of seven.

What we don't do
- We don't finish food from a commissary.
- We don't run a brand we won't put a sign up for.
- We don't sell you a brand you can't walk into.
The standards every brand shares
One kitchen
Everything is cooked at 43 Cricket Ave. There is no second site.
One crew
The same people cook every brand, to the same standard, on one line.
One set of allergen procedures
Allergen handling is written once and applied across all five menus.
One ~20-minute delivery radius
A tight radius inside Ardmore and the Main Line, so food arrives as it left.
One health inspection
One licensed kitchen, inspected as one operation, not a set of separate claims.
One counter
Walk-in ordering and pickup for anyone, on every brand, every hour we're open.
